Healing words after a difficult week
Sparky alchemists, hello!
A difficult week, no? The carnage in Israel and Gaza and the resounding no vote in the Voice referendum here in Australia left me feeling low. And, in a micro-example of the anger and aggression that seems to be all around us at present, two 14-year-old boys set our local supermarket aflame on Sunday and caused $25M of damage in the process. It’s all bamboozling, and demoralising, and worrying. I think we’ve all been feeling a little low.
I was going to share another article entirely; one that was more fiery than gentle. But it occurred to me - perhaps we need a balm right now, not more fire. So I channelled this message especially for the growing community of sparky alchemists who support this Substack (i.e. YOU! Thank you!)
