A quick pep talk

You know the you that would exist if only you were brave or bold enough to make the changes that could set your world on fire?

You know the you that is beckoning you forward? The one with a fire in her belly and a light in her eyes? The one who gives zero hoots about what others think of her? The one who is doing what she’s here to do?

She is REAL and she is HERE and she is POSSIBLE.

I have now coached over 10,000 leaders to shed their old stories, step on their right path and walk it with courage, ease and joy. Here is what I know for sure:

Reinvention is not just possible, it is inevitable.

We are reinventing ourselves every day.

The only decision we need to make: are we repeating the patterns of old? Or are we creating new tracks to tread?

Repeating the old leads to more of the same.

Creating the new leads to a wild new world and a whole new us.

Here’s my pep talk today:

Don’t expect your future to look like your past.

Let yourself imagine a wild new world.

Then:

Let that wild new world beckon you forward one tiny step at a time.
